Governance Relationships

President and AdministrationThe president and administrative departments manage daily university operations, teaching and research organization, personnel, finance, and campus services. The Board provides oversight, consultation, and social resource support.
Academic CouncilThe Academic Council is responsible for academic regulations, teaching and research quality, degree work, and discipline development. The Board does not replace academic decision-making.
Rector's CouncilThe Rector's Council coordinates key operational matters, while the Board offers advice from the perspective of public governance and external coordination.
Colleges and PartnersColleges carry out teaching and research tasks, while industry, enterprises, alumni, and international partners support university development through the Board mechanism.

Operating Mechanism

  1. Organizes meetings and reviews around annual priorities, development plans, cooperation projects, and public responsibility topics.
